Go to local thrift, consignment, and vintage shops. Thrift shops are by far the cheapest but you aren't guaranteed to find anything in your size. Consignment shops have sifted out some of the good stuff and it's reasonably priced. Vintage shops by far have the best clothes, but usually at a premium. Great news it all the shops are cheaper than department stores and anything you find is going to be unique.Where is a great place to find a unique dress to wear to a wedding in Minneapolis?
really? just wear a nice down to earth dress.

if you show up the bride (or make it look like you're trying to) you won't get compliments on your dress.
go to JCP or Kmart or something.
